Everyday are pleased to have signed a new customer Talasey Group Limited. Talasey are a leading independent supplier of landscaping solutions in the UK. Talasey have grown substantially over the last few years, now operating throughout multiple countries, they also now have a large training division which is responsible for training the entirety of their staff.

This training is initially where Everyday have been brought in to help, Talasey, like many companies have invested heavily in to training their staff however they were lacking in regularly following up on this training and most importantly assessing their staffs understanding of this training after the fact. Everyday working closely with Talasey have been tasked with creating a number of assessments based on Talaseys standard training modules. This will allow for Talasey to not only get a clear picture of each individuals understanding of this training but also identify gaps and patterns across the organisation as a whole where further training is needed, spotting problem areas before they can occur and potentially affect their business as a whole.

Courtcare Flexi Sign on with EverydayComply

Everyday are pleased to have signed a new customer to the EverydayComply system in the social care services industry, Courtcare Flexi. Courtcare Flexi provide social care to a range of vulnerable individuals across the country;

Challenge One

My name is Dave Dunk, I am going to row across the Atlantic in December 2021 with my buddy Jayme and, after 40 to 70 days, we will arrive in Antigua. I am not a rower but I am someone who cares passionately about making difference to people suffering from EB. I hope that our epic challenge will inspire you to care passionately too and act to make a difference Together we can #FightEB, together we will beat EB.

Challenge Two

When I thought about a charity, I remembered this programme I had seen years before. It may have been coincidence or fate perhaps, but on TV, at the time of planning, there was a series of small programmes about people living with disabilities. One of the programmes showed a girl with this terrible skin condition. She was in her 20’s. She was so positive. She knew that her life would be full of hurdles and extreme pain and yet she was more upbeat than most people I know.

We wish David and everyone involved in Blue Wave a safe journey and hope they hit all of their charitable targets. #FightEB

HAFM initially was focusing on the operations aspect of their business as they believed this to be the area if their business where risk was highest

After successfully running assessments on the staff in the organisation we are working alongside HAFM to further develop a range of additional question banks, both continuing with the operations side of the business and branching into the office workers, management and other aspects of the business.

HAFM came to us as they needed a quick and cost effective way of assessing their employees understanding and compliance with their companies policies and procedures. HAFM although not a large company have a range of staff from office workers to forklift drivers to management, all operating in a potentially dangerous environment. Add into this the daily influx of deliveries and drop offs by third parties and you can quickly see how an understanding of compliance can be essential to the safety of the organisation and its employees.
